Andrew started at McDonald Jones Homes in 1992 as a Contracts Manager. His strong accountancy background and leadership skills led him to become a Director and Shareholder of McDonald Jones in 1997.

Andrew has overseen significant growth in the organisation and is committed to delivering excellent client service, quality internal systems, and sound financial direction. He has also been pivotal to the establishment of our Charitable Foundation.
